The boat trip is a Marina Day event which encourages a partnership with the Association of Marina Industries, Discover Boating, Clean Marina programs, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and participating local non-profit organizations,

Local boat owners and non-profit agencies are sponsoring Marina Day Kids in the following Florida communities:

Dania Beach, FL - Harbourtowne Marina

Ft. Myers, FL - Boat Clubs America

Jacksonville, FL - Palm Cove Marina

Tampa Bay, FL -

Come enjoy the day. Buy prize drawings tickets and join us (take boat tours, boat safety instruction, gourmet lunch and more)

Where the money goes

All benefiting agencies and programs are properly registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations with the Internal Revenue Service. Each fund raiser will spend less than 10% of the proceeds from the event on organizational or administration costs. All monies dispersed to affiliated agencies are designated to programs which reflect the same or better ratio. In other words --- This event is run by volunteers. 90-100% of the money collected will go directly to needy families.
